In an Image and Style Evaluation, we discuss your lifestyle, current look, and the look you want to achieve. It’s important to create a signature style that works with your personality.

Your face shape and bone structure are analyzed, and a full body alignment will calculate what type of clothing flatters your body type. Necklines, patterns and fabrics should complement your figure. You will learn how to hide any problem areas and accentuate your best features.

Coco Chanel once said, “Clothing is architecture: It is a matter of proportions.”

Your skin is tested to determine which colors works best with your skin tone and hair color. Wearing the right colors for you instantly brings your face to life. By the end of the session, you will know what colors work for you, why those are your colors, and the power of color.

Scarves, belts, jewelry, handbags and shoes can make or break an outfit. Learn how to dress with style and individuality, by using accessories to personalize and complement your outfits. Clothing tells the story of who you are. Make sure you are creating the right image.

Hair dressers often do what THEY like, with YOUR hair. You will learn which hairstyles suit your face shape and bone structure, along with hair colors that suit your complexion. Skin care, nutrition, and make-up tips are offered, and we will discuss the power of body language, along with the hidden messages you are putting across.

Wardrobe and Style Consultation

This is an Image and Style Evaluation with the additional service of a closet clearing.

Going into your closet each day should be a pleasure and something to feel excited about. I will go through your closet with you, and together we can weed out those unflattering items that are doing nothing to show off your best features.

I coordinate outfits and reorganize your entire closet. All garments that are not doing you any favors will disappear… {Or at least be placed in a black sack far away from your closet.}

When all your clothes are flattering, dressing with style and individuality is easy.

My focus is to create a wardrobe that completely works for you!

Personal Shopping

By the end of the consultation you will have the expertise and knowledge to shop on your own. However, personal shopping can be arranged, if you would like extra help choosing those perfect outfits and accessories to create a new confident you!


I specialise in Romantic and Fashion Photography, and worked as a Street Style Photographer for Aspen Sojourner Magazine in Aspen, Colorado for two years. I also created a variety of Fashion Ads for the Magazine, as well as working privately in personal photography sessions.

My Image and Styling expertise influences my Photography, as I recognise how to make people look their best.

Working with all different kinds of people around the world, from models to Mom’s, I’ve developed good communication skills.

My natural ability of making people feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera, inevitably leads to better photos.

Holistic Nutritional Consultation

I believe that looking great is about feeling great from the inside out. Eating healthy meals and getting all the essential vitamins and minerals you need naturally from food, can change the way you feel and how well you live your life. What you eat can benefit your skin, hair, and nails as well as enhance your body’s natural glow.

Holistic Nutrition is based on the belief that humans can physically and emotionally benefit from a properly balanced diet. By eating well now, you can prevent many health problems in the future. ‘Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food.’ These are the words of Hippocrates, a Greek physician who was known as the founder of medicine in 400 BC. Today Hippocrates is known as the Father of Medicine.

Before our meeting I will ask you to keep an honest food diary for one week. When we meet, I will go though the diary with you to establish what your strengths and weaknesses are, and what vitamins and nutrients need to be added to your diet. It is believed that each individual person is different and requires different amounts of proteins, and vitamins. You will learn how to listen to your body and create balance. Hidden sugars and chemicals in food may be affecting you negatively.

Every single thing you eat is transported around your entire system, feeding all the organs and making your body function. The less stress you put on your system the better your body will function, giving you more energy to live your life.

Living in today’s hectic world, with crazy schedules and little time, it may seem over whelming to try and eat a well and balanced diet. I offer meal plans for you as an individual or for your whole family, teaching you to enjoy food in a way that is healthy and nutritious for your body.

I don’t believe in fad diets, just in eating natural foods and listening to what your body is telling you it needs. My eating plans are about eating fresh, clean and green, which will naturally help shed any unwanted pound’s.
